eCommerce Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management and merchandising of products on Equipment Technologies’ eCommerce brands. The Coordinator will help to shape the development of interactive tools and content displayed on the websites. The Coordinator will be an integral part of the eCommerce team, but will also need to interface and build relationships with other departments and our vendors. The Coordinator will be accountable for ensuring timely and accurate production of merchandise-related content and assortments.



  • Develop, maintain and enhance our products and category content
  • Maintain up-to-date product selection by loading images, content, descriptions, and other tools
  • Enhance options and ease of product grouping and navigation, clean UI, and bundling for cross sales and upsells
  • Maintain comprehensive controlled vocabulary database (keyword redirects, synonym mappings) to manage our on-site search
  • Perform ongoing review of site search analytics and proactively recommend vocabulary and product/data attribute improvements
  • Assist in product presentation and customer experience enhancements to ensure best-in-class experience across all devices
  • Assist in e-mail creation, scheduling, automation, approval, and sending
  • Review and analyze results: leverage reports and analytical tools to understand what is working (and what is not); identify business opportunities
  • Create accurate and timely weekly reports and analyses of sales, KPIs, and marketing channels
  • Utilize sound project management skills to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Responsible for the completion of ad-hoc projects such as competitive pricing, promotional offerings, free shipping, clearance, etc.


Skills and Experience Needed

  • BA in Business, Marketing, Business Communications or related field, plus 2-3 years of experience in Internet merchandising/marketing
  • Business knowledge of retail and merchandising concepts
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Solid experience with Internet analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics); proven analytical skills
  • Experience with Adobe Suite, HTML, and CSS a plus
  • Proven ability to develop content to achieve high website rankings that attract consumers and influence conversion

Vehicle controls Systems Engineer


Position Description:

The vehicle controls systems engineer is responsible for developing control system solutions (system architecture, components and software) and performing appropriate vehicle integration and testing.

Success in this position involves understanding the vehicle performance and functional requirements, developing clear control system technical requirements, working effectively with suppliers to develop system architecture/source components, integrating and testing them with the vehicle while assessing risks and mitigating the same. The candidate should be familiar with all aspects of control system design, applicable industry standards and testing protocols. Embedded software programming is highly desired.


Primary duties:

  • Develop technical specifications for vehicle control system based on functional requirements of the machine
  • Working closely with suppliers, design vehicle control system architecture using off-the shelf components (controllers, displays etc.), select hardware and software
  • Develop appropriate embedded software and/or guide external software engineers at suppliers/contractors to accomplish the same
  • Design and conduct bench top tests as necessary
  • Perform vehicle integration and testing
  • Conduct necessary technical/design reviews
  • Maintain and archive necessary design documents, source code, and other work products.
  • Develop project plans to execute projects on time and within budget



Required Skills/Experience: 

  • Must be self-motivated and passionate in developing control system/electrical solutions
  • Hands on experience in electronic system design, implementation and testing
  • Experience with vehicle communication networks (CAN, Ethernet, LIN, Serial)
  • Experience with vehicle dashboard display interface/modifications
  • Familiar with industry standards in environmental and electrical design and testing
  • Experience of software development such as C, C++, CODESYS etc.
  • Understanding of embedded control systems development and analysis tools, i.e. MATLAB/Simulink, CANalyzer etc. a plus
  • Familiarity/experience with functional safety a plus
  • Must have effective analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, including MS Project

Desirable Skills / Qualifications: 


  • Knowledge of vehicle control system for Off-road/Agricultural/heavy duty machinery a plus
  • Knowledge of major CAD package such as AutoCAD, Solid Edge, ANSYS etc. desired but not required
  • Innovative mind set to enhance electronics system for the future

Required Experience:

  • BS in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Systems Engineering, advanced degree a plus

  • Create detailed CAD drawings by applying standardized drawing techniques from sketches, verbal instructions and notes under the direction of an engineer
  • Develop & modify control schematics, wiring diagrams, hydraulic schematics and PID diagrams

  • Maintain drawing/document management system for revision control, release, access etc.
  • Maintain current knowledge of design and drafting procedures
  • Review all work for completeness and accuracy prior to submitting for engineering review

  • Experience in CAD packages such as Solid Edge, Solid Works, AutoCAD, Pro/ENGINEER, PTC Creo, Unigraphics etc.
  • Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
  • Experience in electrical, hydraulic schematics a plus
  • Knowledge of materials and quality standards a plus
