eCommerce Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management and merchandising of products on Equipment Technologies’ eCommerce brands. The Coordinator will help to shape the development of interactive tools and content displayed on the websites. The Coordinator will be an integral part of the eCommerce team, but will also need to interface and build relationships with other departments and our vendors. The Coordinator will be accountable for ensuring timely and accurate production of merchandise-related content and assortments.

 

Duties

  • Develop, maintain and enhance our products and category content
  • Maintain up-to-date product selection by loading images, content, descriptions, and other tools
  • Enhance options and ease of product grouping and navigation, clean UI, and bundling for cross sales and upsells
  • Maintain comprehensive controlled vocabulary database (keyword redirects, synonym mappings) to manage our on-site search
  • Perform ongoing review of site search analytics and proactively recommend vocabulary and product/data attribute improvements
  • Assist in product presentation and customer experience enhancements to ensure best-in-class experience across all devices
  • Assist in e-mail creation, scheduling, automation, approval, and sending
  • Review and analyze results: leverage reports and analytical tools to understand what is working (and what is not); identify business opportunities
  • Create accurate and timely weekly reports and analyses of sales, KPIs, and marketing channels
  • Utilize sound project management skills to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Responsible for the completion of ad-hoc projects such as competitive pricing, promotional offerings, free shipping, clearance, etc.

 

Skills and Experience Needed

  • BA in Business, Marketing, Business Communications or related field, plus 2-3 years of experience in Internet merchandising/marketing
  • Business knowledge of retail and merchandising concepts
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Solid experience with Internet analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics); proven analytical skills
  • Experience with Adobe Suite, HTML, and CSS a plus
  • Proven ability to develop content to achieve high website rankings that attract consumers and influence conversion
  • ‪Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
  • A passion for customer service
  • Highly motivated with positive attitude, high level of accuracy, and attention to detail

Engineering Draftsman

The Engineering draftsman is responsible for designing and creating technical drawings/prints needed to bring new concepts, components and products to life.

Primary duties:

  • Create detailed CAD drawings by applying standardized drawing techniques from sketches, verbal instructions and notes under the direction of an engineer
  • Develop & modify control schematics, wiring diagrams, hydraulic schematics and PID diagrams
  • Work with suppliers to modify/refine drawings
  • Maintain drawing/document management system for revision control, release, access etc.
  • Maintain current knowledge of design and drafting procedures
  • Review all work for completeness and accuracy prior to submitting for engineering review

Required Skills/Experience: 

  • Experience in CAD packages such as Solid Edge, Solid Works, AutoCAD, Pro/ENGINEER, PTC Creo, Unigraphics etc.
  • Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
  • Experience in electrical, hydraulic schematics a plus
  • Knowledge of materials and quality standards a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

 

Required Education:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering/technology with a focus on design and computer aided drafting

Territory Manager

 

Ohio Valley Ag, Owensboro, KY.

Position Overview

The Territory Manager is responsible for interaction with customers and will show a genuine interest in them and their needs. The Territory Manager will work with different personalities, have good communication skills and have working knowledge of farm equipment and sprayers. The TM will monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information. They will also attend and present at external meetings. The Territory Manager must have the ability to learn Raven Precision Equipment and teach customers how to use it as well as download updates and install updates on precision equipment. The TM will attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills. The TM must maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate sales methods and optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction. Plan and manage personal business portfolio/in-house sales/business according to an agreed market development strategy.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals
  • Manage dealer relationships to achieve predetermined objectives
  • Ensure dealer personnel maintain product knowledge and participate in ET sales and service training programs
  • Generate revenue by growing existing accounts and acquiring new clients via assigned salesmen
  • Optimize territory management skills in assigned dealerships
  • Build market position by cultivating sales force sales skills of prioritization, meeting customer need, negotiating and closing sales
  • Assess dealership growth strategy
  • Ensure contracts of third party dealers are current and territories are assigned correctly
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders; interact effectively demonstrating strong leadership abilities
  • Develop sales strategies in tandem with sales and marketing departments
  • Cultivate corporate perspective to drive business and attain ET objectives
  • Cultivate necessary computer skills
  • Remain up-to-date on bulletins and communication and product knowledge
  • Monitor and report new or existing market conditions, trends, competitive product, pricing and programs
